Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Electron & Solo.

We no longer accept payment by cheque or postal order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All images on the site are as up to date as possible but occasionally manfacturers change colour schemes slightly and images may be out of date. If in doubt please contact us to check that images are up to date.

Shipping And Handling

We will endeavour to despatch your package within 24 hours although at peak times this may take slightly longer. Please bear in mind the couriers delivery Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm (0800 - 1800 hours). We do not directly control the couriers and we cannot obtain a specific delivery time from them.

If the wrong country shipping is chosen we will adjust it correctly without warning.

The courier will email you when your parcel is collected and scanned. Please ensure you provide us with a working email address and check your spam filter.

The cost of delivery will be added to your order total. You can select your preferred method of delivery from the options displayed at the checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs but this is usually done in your favour and you will be informed by email.

For example; we cannot send a £200 item by First Class post as it does not have sufficient insurance. In addition to this, if our courier cannot deliver goods to a premises and the goods are returned to Tactical Clothing (TC) the customer will be charged for the delivery back to TC and then charged for a second delivery.

IMPORTANT: All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged in anyway either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. You should only sign for the goods if you are satisfied. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as "not checked". If a customer fails to follow this and a package is signed for as received in good condition. We may find it difficult (or impossible) to claim compensation in this case.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the legality of importation into their own country. Tactical Clothing can not accept any responsibility whatsoever if the goods ordered are seized by Customs officials or airport authorities in ours or any other country. If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscated in any instance, we accept no responsibility and will offer no form of refund or credit. If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority, we will refund your payment for the goods (not the shipping cost) less any fines or charges imposed by that authority for the handling and return of said goods. We will issue the refund only WHEN the goods are received and checked by ourselves.

Delivery Schedule

We will aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving the order, if the order is received on a business day morning we will endevour to despatch it that day. Please bear in mind that we do not control the couriers, all courier deliveries will be Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. If you miss the delivery it may be returned to Tactical Clothing. If you require a redelivery an additional payment for postage will be required.

Back Orders

On the rare occasion that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

From 1st January 2011 VAT is charged at 20%

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website your payment is processed by a secure payment system on behalf of Land Warrior Sports Ltd. We do not hold your card details in store.

Guarantee

All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, any longer than this may invalidate your claim.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Returns Policy:-

In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty then please contact Tactical Clothing immediately (info@tactical-clothing.co.uk) to discuss your problem. At our discretion, a replacement product will be dispatched to you, although this WILL NOT happen until the originally purchased goods are returned and are confirmed to be faulty.

No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged by negligence, carelessness or misuse.

Unwanted products must be returned to us within 28 days and must be "AS NEW", un-opened, un-used and in the original, undamaged packaging missing no items from the packaging.

Refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Original receipt required as proof of purchase. No products will be replaced under these terms without original proof of purchase.

Exclusions

The Tactical Clothing replacements does not include any the following:

-Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to us.

-Any breakages as a result of accidental/negligent damage.

-Any faults arising from misuse.

-External damage or wear and tear.

Your Tactical Clothing warranty is also invalidated if:

The product has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original format.

Any repairs or alterations to the item(s) have been carried out

All images on the website are as up to date as possible but occasionally manufacturers change colour schemes or designs slightly and images may be out of date. If in doubt please contact us to check that images are still up to date.

Tactical Clothing reserves the right to change terms and conditions of our warranty from time to time.

Tactical Clothing, part of the Land Warrior Sports Ltd group do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
